Before You Go You Should Know

Getting to Israel:

Each hike participant is responsible for his/her own flight to and from Israel.


Each hike participant must ensure that his/her passport is valid for up to six months after your return ticket back home. You will not be allowed into Israel if your passport expires in less than 6 months from the travel date.

Travel and Medical Insurance:

We strongly recommend that all participants have comprehensive travel and medical insurance.

Travel Dates:

Please plan on being in Jerusalem no later than Saturday, October 17, 2020. We have our opening dinner and ceremony that evening at sundown. The hike officially ends after a special closing lunch on Thursday, October 22, 2020, and we will have you back in Tel Aviv or Jerusalem that evening.

Tips for Guides and our Team in Israel:

Tips will be collected for our incredible Hike Guides and other key support staff in Israel. The amount will be $175 per hiker. We will be reaching out to you before the hike to collect this from you and will arrange to distribute them at the end of the hike.
