Before You Go You Should Know

Getting to Israel:

We have negotiated a special block of seats on El Al:

Departing October 16 and returning October 28
Departing October 18 and Returning October 30

Ticket price is $697 plus taxes of approximately $690 (taxes are subject to change) for a total of $1287

Reservations must be made prior to August 17, at which time any remaining seats in our group block will be released for general sale.

YYZ Travel Group offers full comprehensive insurance, including trip cancellation, medical and baggage insurance through RBC Insurance. Trip cancellation and package insurance must be purchased at time of booking. Medical and baggage insurance may be purchased at any time prior to departure.

Passports:

Each hike participant must ensure that his/her passport is valid for up to six months after your return ticket back home.

Travel Insurance:

We recommend that all participants have comprehensive travel insurance. Please click HERE to read our Cancellation Policy.

Travel Arrangements in Israel:

Routes Travel is the official travel agency of the One Family Fund Cross Israel Hike. Please do not contact the One Family Fund office with respect to pre or post hike activities or reservations.

Pre-hike:

Special blocks of rooms are being held as follows:

• The Inbal Hotel, Jerusalem, October 18-21, with a minimum 3 night stay:
  $310 U.S. single occupancy; $330 US double occupancy (including breakfast)


• The Dan Panorama, Jerusalem, October 19-21, with a 2 night minimum
  $188 U.S. single occupancy; $209 U.S. double occupancy (including breakfast)

Post-hike:

• Beresheet Hotel, Mitzpe Ramon, $130 U.S. per person, based on double occupancy, per night (two night minimum).
• Single supplement $91 (including breakfast) per night.
